目的:建立翼茎白粉藤中岩白菜素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Appollo-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为分离柱,以甲醇-水(22∶78)为流动相,286 nm为检测波长,柱温为室温。结果:岩白菜素在10.6~169.6 mg.L-1,峰面积与其质量浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 2),平均回收率为100.5%,RSD 1.53%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该药材含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of bergenin in wing stem white powder vine. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on an Appollo-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water (22:78) as the mobile phase and at 286 nm as the detection wavelength. . Results: Bergenin showed a good linearity (r = 0.999 2) with a peak area of 10.6-169.6 mg · L-1 and an average recovery of 100.5% with a RSD of 1.53% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used as a method for the determination of the content of the medicinal materials.
