本文观察了心肌康对实验性钴心肌病的防治作用,结果表明心肌康高剂量可降低大鼠腹腔注射氟化钴的死亡率。可减小钴造型后大鼠的相对肺、肝重指数,提示心肌康可在一定程度上改善钴心肌病鼠的心衰状态。可使钴心肌病鼠心电图异常变化率降低或心电图异常变化持续时间缩短。病理形态学鉴定以14g/kg剂量连续二周灌服心肌康后杀检鼠心肌病检普遍可见有促进炎症细胞渗出及结缔组织增生作用,提示心肌康有利于钴中毒后大鼠心肌病变的恢复。
In this paper, the prevention and treatment of myocardial myocardium on experimental cobalt-cardiomyopathy was observed. The results showed that Kangkao dose of myocardium can reduce the mortality of intraperitoneal injection of cobalt fluoride in rats. The relative lung and liver weight index of rats after cobalt modeling can be reduced, suggesting that myocardial Kang may improve the heart failure state of rats with cobalt-induced cardiomyopathy to a certain extent. It can reduce the rate of abnormal change of electrocardiogram or the duration of abnormal change of electrocardiogram in rats with cobalt-cardiomyopathy. Pathological morphological identification of 14g/kg dose of continuous myocardial irrigation after two weeks of postoperative myocardial myocardium examination showed that there is a promotion of inflammatory cell exudation and connective tissue proliferation, suggesting that myocardial Kang is beneficial to myocardial damage in rats after cobalt poisoning restore.
