台阶训练是发展体育特长生身体素质传统而有效的方法,一方面它可以训练体育特长生下肢力量素质(爆发力)、速度耐力,对心血管——呼吸系统机能能力的提高有着明显、有效的价值。特别是对于跑跳相结合的训练,既能发展大腿的高抬,踝关节的力量,又能协调发展双臂摆动和进行素质练习。另一方面,在各个季节受雨雪气候的影响,室外训练难以正常开展,而缺乏室内训练设施的情况下,教练员可以利用台阶进行训练。笔者根据自己的训练经验,总结了以下几种方法,供同仁们参考。
Step training is a traditional and effective way to develop physical fitness for students with special physical fitness. On the one hand, step training can train physical strength of lower limbs (explosive force), speed and endurance, and has obvious and effective value for enhancing cardiovascular and respiratory system functions. . Especially for the combination of running jump training, both to develop the thigh lift, ankle strength, but also to coordinate the development of arms swing and quality practice. On the other hand, outdoor training can not be carried out normally due to rain and snow in all seasons, and trainers can use the steps to train in the absence of indoor training facilities. The author based on their own training experience, summed up the following methods for my colleagues for reference.
