[目的]分析非酒精性脂肪肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)患者血清ALT与adiponectin浓度及两者关系。[方法]选择B超诊断脂肪肝病男性患者238名,分为A群(ALT﹤40IU/L)120名,B群(ALT﹥40IU/L)118名,比较两群生化指标及adiponectin浓度,分析血清ALT及adiponectin浓度之间关系。[结果]两组间血清adiponectin有明显差异(3.89±1.77 vs 7.01±2.54μg/dl,P=0.001)。另外,adiponectin和ALT呈负相关(r=-0.506,P=0.001)。[结论]在单纯性脂肪肝发展成脂肪肝炎、肝纤维化的过程中adiponectin可能起着抗炎及护肝的作用,adiponectin也可以作为非酒精性脂肪肝炎发生的预测因子,对非酒精性脂肪肝炎的早期预防、早期诊断、早期治疗有重要的临床意义。
[Objective] To analyze the serum ALT and adiponectin concentrations in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and their relationship. [Methods] A total of 238 male patients with fatty liver disease were diagnosed by B-mode ultrasonography. The patients were divided into two groups: 120 in group A (ALT <40IU / L) and 118 in group B (ALT> 40IU / L) Serum ALT and adiponectin concentrations between the relationship. [Results] There was a significant difference in serum adiponectin between the two groups (3.89 ± 1.77 vs 7.01 ± 2.54 μg / dl, P = 0.001). In addition, there was a negative correlation between adiponectin and ALT (r = -0.506, P = 0.001). [Conclusion] Adiponectin may play an anti-inflammatory and hepatoprotective role in the development of simple steatosis and hepatic fibrosis. Adiponectin may also be used as a predictor of the development of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. Early prevention of hepatitis, early diagnosis, early treatment has important clinical significance.
