目的观察蚊虫孳生地治理和化学防治控制白纹伊蚊的效果。方法实验区使用超低容量喷雾器喷洒悬浮剂,处理蚊虫栖息的植被,治理成蚊密度;采用直接投入缓释剂和孳生地治理白纹伊蚊幼虫。对照区不采取任何控制措施。实验用布雷图指数法和叮咬指数法监测白纹伊蚊幼虫和成蚊密度,评价其控制效果。结果在采用防制方法后的1 d~4 w期间登革热媒介白纹伊蚊幼虫的布雷图指数达到70.11%~95.88%,而成蚊的叮咬指数达到40.39%~93.12%种群密度的下降效果;并且在第4周后幼虫密度的下降维持在95%以上,而成蚊的密度下降维持在90%以上。结论孳生地治理和化学防治可有效控制白纹伊蚊的密度。
Objective To observe the effect of mosquito breeding and chemical control on Aedes albopictus. Methods The experimental area was sprayed with SC with an ultra-low capacity sprayer to treat the mosquitoes’ habitats and control the density of adult mosquitoes. The Aedes albopictus larvae were treated by direct injection of sustained-release agents and breeding sites. Control area does not take any control measures. The density of Aedes albopictus larvae and adult mosquitoes was monitored by the Brettiger index method and bite index method, and the control effect was evaluated. Results The larvae of dengue vector Aedes albopictus reached 70.11% ~ 95.88% in the period of 1 d ~ 4 w after adopting the control method, while the adult mosquito bite index decreased to 40.39% ~ 93.12% of the population density. After 4 weeks, the larval density decreased more than 95% while the density of adult mosquitoes decreased more than 90%. Conclusion Breeding control and chemical control can effectively control Aedes albopictus density.
