目的探索良好的玻片原位细胞培养和染色体制备技术。方法采用羊水细胞玻片原位培养、染色体制备技术,对65例孕妇进行产前诊断。结果羊水细胞玻片原位培养技术,具有收获时间短、可分析核型多,分带清晰,核型完整等优点。65例孕妇检出异常核型3例,阳性率为4.6%。结论该法较之传统有明显优势,值得基层医院普及和推广。
Objective To explore a good slide in situ cell culture and chromosome preparation techniques. Methods In situ culture of amniotic fluid cell slide and chromosomal preparation were used to diagnose 65 pregnant women. Results In situ culture of amniotic fluid cell slide with the advantages of short harvest time, more karyotype analysis, clear zoning, complete karyotype and so on. 65 cases of pregnant women detected abnormal karyotype in 3 cases, the positive rate was 4.6%. Conclusion The method has obvious advantages over the traditional one and is worth popularizing and popularizing in primary hospitals.
