采用不同锻造温度对Cu-37Zn-2Mn-1.5Al-0.5Cr-0.5V合金新型铜基汽车同步器齿环进行了锻造,并测试和分析了腐蚀性能和疲劳性能。结果表明:当模具预热温度280℃和锻压速度60 mm/min时,随始锻温度从700℃增大到820℃或终锻温度从600℃增大到720℃时,齿环的腐蚀性能和疲劳性能都先提高后下降。与700℃相比,790℃始锻的齿环腐蚀电位正移121m V,疲劳寿命延长80%;与600℃相比,660℃终锻的齿环腐蚀电位正移129 m V,疲劳寿命延长82%。齿环的最佳锻压温度为始锻温度790℃和终锻温度660℃。
The forging of a new copper-based automotive synchronizer ring of Cu-37Zn-2Mn-1.5Al-0.5Cr-0.5V alloy was forged at different forging temperatures and the corrosion and fatigue properties were tested and analyzed.
