白色念珠菌可以粘附到各种修复体上而导致其下粘膜组织的炎症及疼痛,然而其粘附状态使其难以通过标准的抗真菌疗法得以治疗。作者旨在研究抗真菌药物对粘附状态的白色念珠菌酵母细胞的影响。 材料和方法 采用一口腔白色念珠菌患者分离出的白色念珠菌菌株,培养后经盐溶液洗涤用汉斯平衡盐溶液配成悬液,终末浓度的酵母细胞为500个/ml。采用3种抗真菌剂:两性霉素B、洗必太、制霉菌素,分别以相应溶解液稀释备用。微量平板抗真菌实验用来评估3种抗真菌药物对真菌细胞产生杀伤作用所需要
Candida albicans can adhere to various prostheses to cause inflammation and pain in its underlying mucosal tissue, however its adherence status makes it difficult to treat with standard anti-fungal therapies. The authors aimed to study the effect of antifungal drugs on Candida albicans yeast cells in the adherent state. Materials and Methods A Candida albicans strain isolated from oral Candida albicans patients was cultured. After incubation, the solution was mixed with Hans Balanced Salt solution and suspended in salt solution. The final concentration of yeast cells was 500 cells / ml. Using three antifungal agents: amphotericin B, chlorhexidine, nystatin, were diluted with the corresponding solution for later use.
