介绍了清华大学热能工程系开发的火电机组在线能损分析软件的功能与结构,它可以使运行人员实时了解机组热力系统的运行状况,掌握机组的热经济性指标,及时做出决策,有利于节能降耗。该软件是在中文Windows3.2环境下用VisualBasic3语言编写的。根据用这个软件在一台125MW机组上得到的能损分析数据和对8台机组运行参数的数据分析,建议监测汽轮机排汽的湿度,并根据排汽湿度来调整匹配好新蒸汽或再热蒸汽的温度与压力,以防止汽轮机末级叶片水蚀,保持机组在高效率下长周期运行。这项技术对我国电厂的节能降耗工作有现实意义。
This paper introduces the function and structure of on-line energy loss analysis software for thermal power units developed by the Department of Thermal Energy Engineering, Tsinghua University. It enables operators to know the operation status of thermal power units in real time, grasp the thermal economy indexes of units and make timely decisions, which is in favor of Energy saving. The software is in Chinese Windows3.2 environment with VisualBasic3 language. Based on the energy loss analysis data obtained by this software on a 125MW unit and the data analysis on the operation parameters of the eight units, it is suggested to monitor the humidity of the steam turbine exhaust and adjust the matching of new steam or reheat steam according to the exhaust humidity Of the temperature and pressure to prevent steam turbine last stage of water erosion, keep the unit in high efficiency long-period operation. This technology is of practical significance to the energy saving of power plants in China.
