报道一种简易的非创伤性的估计人体肝脏代谢药物能力的方法。测定唾液安替比林浓度。7名受试者平均安替比林半衰期为19.82±4.28小时,表现分布容积平均为0.58±0.041/kg,清除率为21.2±4.3 ml/kg/n。其中半衰期值较国外用同一种方法测得的为长。
Report a simple, non-invasive method of estimating the ability of human liver metabolites. Saliva concentration of antipyrine was measured. The average antipyretic half-life of 7 subjects was 19.82 ± 4.28 hours, with an average volume of 0.58 ± 0.041 / kg and a clearance rate of 21.2 ± 4.3 ml / kg / n. The half-life value is longer than that measured by the same method abroad.
