本文报道了鼠痘的三种血清学诊断方法,并对其敏感性、特异性和实用性进行了列步探讨,结果表明:微量免疫扩散试验是一种特异性强、敏感性较高,操作简便的诊断方法,对人工感染小鼠的检出率为86%,且可检出无症状的隐性感染人鼠及自然感染病例;对流免疫电泳是一种敏感性高的快速诊断方法;对人工感染小鼠的检出率高达91%亦可检出隐性和自然感染病例,但其特异性强,敏感性高的血清学方法,特别适合于实验鼠群的监测及流行病学调查,检测两个实验动物饲养场的19份和22份小鼠血清,其中抗体阳性率分别达到42%及64%。
In this paper, three serological diagnosis methods of mouse pox were reported, and their sensitivity, specificity and practicability were discussed step by step.
