目的调研分析我军维和医疗队部署前培训组织管理现状并提出改进建议。方法研究方法包括查阅文献、召开座谈会(4次)和问卷调查。发放问卷260份,回收有效问卷231份,有效率为88.85%。对管理模式、管理制度、训练时间、场地建设、规范训练五方面进行调查分析。结果我军维和医疗队部署前培训组织管理体制不明确,训练时间不统一,训练周期从30~90 d不等;训练条件相对不足,缺少必要的硬件设施;规范化有待加强。结论建议细化维和培训管理体制,建立全军维和卫勤训练基地,统一组织维和卫勤培训。
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of the management of the pre-deployment training organization of the peacekeeping medical team in our army and propose suggestions for improvement. Methods research methods include access to literature, held a forum (4 times) and questionnaires. 260 questionnaires were distributed and 231 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective rate of 88.85%. Investigate and analyze the management mode, management system, training time, venue construction and standardized training. Results As a result, the training organization management system of the PLA peacekeeping medical team was not clear and the training time was not uniform. The training period ranged from 30 days to 90 days. Training conditions were relatively inadequate and the necessary hardware facilities were lacking. The standardization needs to be strengthened. Conclusion It is suggested to refine the peacekeeping training management system, establish an army peacekeeping training base and organize training on peacekeeping medical service.
