一般而言,西藏卫地区(即前藏地区)的人民根据自己的家庭经济状况, 从藏历12月开始有计划、有步骤地准备过新年。一则准备牛羊肉、酥 油、青稞、清油等过新年所必需物品以及各种服装、首饰;还要准备 盘供(sder kha)所用的油炸面食、绵羊头、献新青苗和做麦穗酥糕用的糌粑油团、羽翎、鸡冠花以及房顶的旗杆、经幡、彩帷等。二则,要酿造青稞酒、制作面饼等各类食品。各家各户还要清扫干净以厨房为主的里外所有房间的烟尘。 In general, the people in Tibet’s Wei (formerly Tibetan areas) have prepared the New Year in a planned and step-by-step manner starting from the Tibetan calendar in December according to their own economic conditions. Prepare prepared items such as beef and mutton, ghee, barley, and edible oil for the New Year, as well as clothing and jewelery. Prepare fried pasta for sder kha, sheep’s head, Cake with emu oil, Yu Ling, cockscomb and the roof of the flagpole, prayer flags, color curtains and so on. Two, to brew barley wine, making bread and other food. All households have to clean up all kitchen-based dust inside and outside the room.
