从正戊酸、正己酸、月桂酸、硬脂酸和乙二胺出发,利用加压-分馏法合成4种2-烷基咪唑啉化合物,通过核磁共振氢谱和红外光谱确证了其化学结构。结果表明,2-烷基咪唑啉的最佳合成条件为:n(有机酸)∶n(乙二胺)=1∶5,釜内温度185℃,馏分温度155℃,压力0.25 MPa,可以获得高纯度的2-烷基咪唑啉,而且后处理十分简单,产率按有机酸计可达86%~98%。
Starting from n-pentanoic acid, n-hexanoic acid, lauric acid, stearic acid and ethylenediamine, four kinds of 2-alkylimidazoline compounds were synthesized by pressure-fractionation. Their chemical structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and IR spectra . The results showed that the optimum conditions for the synthesis of 2-alkylimidazoline were as follows: n (organic acid): n (ethylenediamine) = 1: 5, kettle temperature 185 ℃, distillate temperature 155 ℃ and pressure 0.25 MPa. High purity 2-alkyl imidazoline, and post-treatment is very simple, the yield of organic acids can reach 86% to 98%.
