为了对石化行业中使用的直径数十米的钢材料储罐底板上、下表面出现的腐蚀缺陷进行及时检测从而确保储罐安全运行,开发了1台基于漏磁检测原理的检测设备。介绍了该检测设备的上位机数据采集和分析软件的开发,包括主程序结构和腐蚀缺陷深度量化算法等。对标准缺陷板的检测实验结果表明:该软件缺陷量化百分比深度误差一般不超过10%。该软件提供给用户缺陷检测和量化能力,以及罐底板自动成图和生成报告等功能。
In order to detect the corrosion defects occurring on the bottom and bottom surfaces of the steel material storage tank with a diameter of several tens of meters used in the petrochemical industry and ensure the safe operation of the storage tank, a testing device based on the principle of magnetic flux leakage testing was developed. The development of the host computer data acquisition and analysis software of the testing equipment is introduced, including the main program structure and the depth quantization algorithm of corrosion defects. Tests on standard defect boards show that the depth error of the software defect quantification percentage is not more than 10%. The software provides users with defect detection and quantification capabilities, as well as automatic mapping of tank bottoms and report generation.
