1 病历简介患者 ,男 ,30岁 ,无明显诱因出现左小腿上段间歇性疼痛 8月 ,疼痛为刺痛 ,活动后加剧 ,夜间明显 ,无放射痛。查体 :左小腿外后有一 4 0ｃｍ× 1 5ｃｍ质硬包块 ,尚光滑、轻压痛、无移动 ;局部皮肤无红肿、皮温不高。Ｘ ｒａｙ片示 :左胫骨上段距胫骨内髁约 10ｃｍ处
