从安庆市某农药厂取回废水水样,经过稀释和中和,通过实验室模拟试验探讨农药厂废水污染对蚕豆生理特性的影响。实验结果经统计学分析发现,废水中主要指标Cl-、CODcr含量和农作物叶绿素含量和Cat活性受到的抑制作用具有一定的相关性,与前人的研究较为一致。研究表明以Cl-、COD为主要指标的农药废水对农作物叶绿素含量和Cat活性具有明显的毒性效应。
The wastewater samples from the pesticide factory in Anqing City were taken back, diluted and neutralized, and the effects of pesticide factory wastewater pollution on the physiological characteristics of Vicia faba were studied through laboratory simulation tests. Experimental results The statistical analysis showed that the main indicators of wastewater Cl-, CODcr content and crop chlorophyll content and Cat activity inhibition has a certain relevance, and previous studies are more consistent. Studies have shown that the pesticide wastewater with Cl- and COD as the main indicators have significant toxic effects on the chlorophyll content and Cat activity of crops.
