目的 :总结和评估液氮冷冻治疗肢体恶性骨肿瘤的价值。方法 :对 5 4例肢体恶性骨肿瘤采用瘤骨液氮浸泡法 ,杀灭恶性肿瘤细胞 ,保留骨的原来结构 ,采用内固定术 ,恢复患者肢体的完整结构和功能。结果 :经过平均 5年随访 ,本组病例按Enneking’s肢体功能评价优良率 68.5 % ;局部肿瘤复发率在 11.1% ,并发症为 18.5 % ,关节退变为 2 2 .2 %。肿瘤坏死率评价发现冷冻后肿瘤细胞完全坏死。结论 :液氮瘤骨灭活法是肢体恶性骨肿瘤保肢术的有效方法。
Objectives: To summarize and evaluate the value of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy for the treatment of malignant bone tumors in the limbs. Methods : Bone liquid nitrogen soaking was applied to 54 cases of malignant bone tumors of the limbs to kill the malignant tumor cells and preserve the original structure of the bone. Internal fixation was used to restore the complete structure and function of the patient’s limb. Results: After an average of 5 years of follow-up, this group of patients according to Enneking’s limb function evaluation of excellent rate of 68.5 %; local tumor recurrence rate of 11.1%, complications of 18.5 %, joint degeneration of 2 2 .2%. The evaluation of tumor necrosis rate revealed complete necrosis of tumor cells after freezing. Conclusion: The method of bone inactivation of liquid nitrogen tumor is an effective method for limb salvage of malignant bone tumors of the limb.
