对AZ31镁合金焊板进行MIG焊焊接,研究工艺参数对熔滴过渡,焊缝成形、组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随着电流增加,电压在1V范围内逐渐减小,熔滴依次为大滴过渡、射滴过渡、射流过渡,熔滴尺寸相应地减小,同时电弧高度减小,宽度变大。焊缝成形影响也较大,当电流大于180A时,焊缝成形良好。随着电流增大,电压减小,熔宽、熔深、余高均增加,但深宽比减小。焊缝的晶粒远小于热影响区的晶粒,随着线能量增大,焊缝和热影响区晶粒尺寸增大,但硬度降低。
The MIG welding of AZ31 magnesium alloy welding plate was carried out to study the influence of process parameters on the droplet transfer, weld formation, microstructure and properties. The results show that with the increase of current, the voltage decreases gradually in the range of 1V. The droplet transfer is big drop transition, droplet transfer and jet transition, and the droplet size decreases correspondingly. At the same time, the arc height decreases and the width increases. Weld forming a greater impact, when the current is greater than 180A, the weld forming a good. As the current increases, the voltage decreases, the melting width, penetration depth, remaining height increases, but the aspect ratio decreases. The grain size of the weld is much smaller than that of the heat affected zone. As the wire energy increases, the grain size of the weld and the HAZ increases, but the hardness decreases.
