目的:探讨超声生物显微镜(Ultrasound biomicroscope,UBM)在眼前段肿瘤诊断的价值。方法:用UBM对13例临床诊断或疑诊的眼球前段肿物患者进行检查。结果:3例有外伤或手术史、临床诊断为前房植入性虹膜囊肿,UBM显示有较大的无内反射的囊性回声;8例前房较浅、房角较窄、怀疑虹膜后或睫状体肿物中,7例显示虹膜后有大小不等的囊性回声(其中2例有多个囊性回声),1例睫状体部有实性肿物回声;2例临床诊断为虹膜痣者,显示虹膜实性隆起或稍增厚、均匀一致的高回声影。结论:UBM检查有助于眼球前段肿瘤的诊断和定位。眼科学报1997;13:189—191。
Objective: To investigate the value of Ultrasound biomicroscope (UBM) in the diagnosis of anterior segment tumors. Methods: UBM in 13 cases of clinically diagnosed or suspected patients with ocular anterior segment were examined. Results: Three cases had history of trauma or surgery. The clinical diagnosis was anterior chamber implantation of iris cysts. UBM showed a larger cystic echo without internal reflection. In 8 cases, the anterior chamber was shallow and the angle was narrow. Or ciliary body mass, cystic echoes (ranging from cystic echoes in 2 cases and cystic echoes in 7 cases) and cystic echoes in 1 case For the iris mole who showed iris solid uplift or slightly thicker, uniform high echo shadow. Conclusion: UBM examination is helpful for the diagnosis and localization of anterior segment tumors. Journal of Ophthalmology 1997; 13: 189-191.
