随着经济型酒店的快速持续发展,其所占的市场份额与日俱增,我国酒店业的格局也随之发生变化。作为酒店专业人才的重要来源,高职院校酒店管理专业应该紧随行业变化,适应行业发展需要,培养多层次的专业人才。本文通过分析酒店业的人才需求和高职院校酒店管理专业人才培养现状,提出了做好星级酒店与经济型酒店人才培养的统筹的几点建议。 With the rapid and sustainable development of budget hotels, their market share is increasing day by day, and the pattern of China's hotel industry also changes. As an important source of hotel professionals, the hotel management specialty of higher vocational colleges should follow the industry changes, adapt to the needs of the development of the industry, and train multi-level professionals. Based on the analysis of the talent demand in hospitality industry and the current situation of hotel management professionals training in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the co-ordination of star-rated hotels and economy hotel talents training.
