中国企业在经济转型期的特殊制度和市场环境约束下所形成的既定战略逻辑,包括政治关联的战略思维模式和地方适应性的战略行为习惯,构成了中国企业国际化战略的重要基础在经济全球化和中国政府鼓励企业“走出去”的背景下,越来越多的中国企业走上了国际化道路并加快了国际扩张的步伐。然而,目前中国正处于经济转型期,我国企业面临着独特的国内制度环境和市场环境,其国际化战略的形成必然会受这一时期的制度因素的影响。
The established strategic logic formed by the Chinese enterprises under the constraints of the special system and market environment in the period of economic transition, including the strategic thinking mode of political connection and the strategic behavior of local adaptability, form the important foundation of the internationalization strategy for Chinese enterprises. With the Chinese government encouraging enterprises to “go global”, more and more Chinese enterprises have embarked on the path of internationalization and accelerated the pace of international expansion. However, at present, China is in the process of economic transition. Chinese enterprises are confronted with unique domestic institutional environment and market environment. The formation of their internationalization strategy will inevitably be affected by the institutional factors of this period.
