孔子说:“人而无信,不知其可也”。意思是说,人如果不讲诚信,不知道他怎样可以立身处世。他还认为,国家政权的存在和维护必须靠取信于民,赢得民众的信赖。自古以来,我国人民就非常重视诚实守信,故有“诚实贵于珠宝,守信乃食之珍”的谚语流传。笔者认为,孔子这些观点,非但没有过时,而且对在当今市场经济条件下,一个企业能否占领市场,赢得市场,能否应对入世后的挑战具有很强的现实意义。对于企业领导来说,讲诚信更是治厂的第一要务。对一个企业领导人
Confucius said: “People don’t have faith, I don’t know if they can.” This means that if a person does not speak honestly, he does not know how he can live in the world. He also believes that the existence and maintenance of state power must rely on gaining trust from the people and winning the trust of the people. Since ancient times, our people have attached great importance to honesty and trustworthiness. Therefore, there are rumors of “honesty is precious to jewelry and trustworthy is the treasure of food”. The author believes that these views of Confucius are not only not out of date, but also have a strong practical significance for whether a company can capture the market, win the market, and meet the challenges after China’s accession to the WTO. For business leaders, honesty is the top priority for treating factories. For a business leader
