生造“耗课”一词实属情不得已。因为笔者实在找不到一个现成的词来表现教学时数越来越多、教学效率越来越低的现象。“耗课”一词虽是生造的,但“耗课”现象却是普遍的,而且是越来越严重。可能有人一看到“耗课”这两个字,首先想到的是教师素质。这样想当然没有错,教师素质下降是事实,但这绝非问题的症结所在——应试教育才是“耗课”现象产生的根源(应试教育其实也是教师素质越来越低的根源)。或许是因为国人的法规意识过于淡薄,或许是应试教育“一统江湖”的时间过长,我们中的绝大多数人对教育上公开践踏法规的现象,早已是见怪不 Create “Consumption class ” is a last resort.
