用Chang氏培养基繁殖福氏纳格勒阿米巴滋养体,经鼻腔接种3只小鼠,1鼠不接种作为对照。观察4周,其中2只接种鼠分别于第13、19天发病,1只接种鼠未发病。于第14天剖杀2只实验鼠和1只对照鼠,取脑作病理及病原学检查,发现接种鼠均有典型的病变,涂片及切片中均有大量吞噬红细胞的滋养体。对照鼠无何异常发现。本文从病理及病原学等结果证实本实验接种的小鼠可作为福氏纳格勒阿米巴原发性脑膜脑炎的动物模型。
Fungi were cultured in Chang’s medium, three mice were inoculated intranasally, and one rat was inoculated as a control. Observed for 4 weeks, of which 2 inoculated mice, respectively, in the first 13,19 days of onset, one inoculated mice were not affected. On the 14th day, two mice and one control rat were killed. Pathological and etiological examination of the brain was used to examine the typical lesions of the mice inoculated. A large number of trophozoites phagocytizing red blood cells were found in the smear and the slices. No abnormalities found in control mice. This paper from the pathology and etiology and other results confirmed that the mice vaccinated in this experiment can be used as an animal model of Neisseria amiensis amygdalis meningoencephalitis.
