石油勘探企业是典型的项目型驱动企业。石油勘探是整个石油产业链的上游顶端。它是石油工业赖以生存与发展的源泉。石油勘探项目具有探索性、创新性、基础性、战略性等重要作用;同时也具有风险大、周期长、见效慢、投资大、不确定影响因素众多的特点。因此,石油勘探项目管理成熟度的高低直接影响着石油工业的效益和发展。也因此,如何衡量与评价石油勘探项目管理水平,改进投资决策水平和项目运行效率,提高石油勘探总体效益等问题,成为管理者的关注。
Oil exploration companies are typical project-driven enterprises. Oil exploration is the upper reaches of the entire oil industry chain. It is the source of the petroleum industry’s survival and development. The petroleum exploration project has the functions of exploration, innovation, foundation, strategy and so on. It also has the characteristics of large risk, long cycle, slow response, large investment and many uncertain factors. Therefore, the level of maturity of petroleum exploration project management directly affects the efficiency and development of petroleum industry. Therefore, how to measure and evaluate the management level of petroleum exploration project, improve the level of investment decision-making and project operation efficiency, and improve the overall efficiency of petroleum exploration are the concerns of managers.
