自从CT 问世以来,发现一些脑膜瘤周围存在脑水肿,O′Moore 提出:肿瘤血供来自软脑膜支者与脑水肿的出现有关。本文通过对20例脑膜瘤脑血管造影(CAG)和CT 检查的回顾性分析,阐述脑膜瘤动脉供应蒂的分布与肿瘤周围脑水肿发生的相互关系。本组男7例,女13例,年龄33~71岁,平均55岁。一、CT 增强扫描;肿瘤周围脑白质水肿区呈低密度7~25UH。凡CT 三个层面以上出现水肿者评为严重,不及者为中等。水肿全部包绕肿瘤者称完全性,计7例,部分围绕者称不完全性,7例。无脑水肿者6例。
Since the advent of CT, some brain edemas have been found around meningioma, O’Moore proposed: tumor blood supply from the leptomeningeal and brain edema related. In this paper, 20 cases of meningioma cerebral angiography (CAG) and CT examination of retrospective analysis of meningioma arterial supply pedicle distribution and tumor around the brain edema correlation. The group of 7 males and 13 females, aged 33 to 71 years, mean 55 years. First, CT enhanced scan; tumor around the white matter edema zone showed low density 7 ~ 25UH. Where CT more than three levels of edema were rated as serious, those who are not medium. Edema all around the tumor, said completeness, accounting for 7 cases, some around said incompleteness, 7 cases. No brain edema in 6 cases.
