基于低成本理念,设计出了带有组合式滑块结构的重车制动踏板经济型压铸模具,改善了成形过程中的铝液渗入问题和使用过程中的油路孔漏油问题,实现了制动踏板的一次成形,工艺流程简化,单件加工时间减少6 min,生产效率提高约20%,单件生产成本节约15元/件,实现了设计目标。 Based on the concept of low cost, a economical die-casting mold for heavy-duty brake pedal with a combined slide structure was designed to improve the problem of aluminum liquid infiltration in the forming process and the problem of oil leakage in the oil passage hole during the process of realization, The brake pedal is formed once, the process flow is simplified, the processing time of one piece is reduced by 6 min, the production efficiency is increased by about 20%, and the production cost of one piece is saved by 15 yuan / piece, achieving the design goal.
