介绍了日本合成气直接法合成乙二醇(EG)的实验情况。当采用铑催化体系时,以N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、N、N′-二甲基-2-咪唑啉酮(DMI)为溶剂,添加铵盐能提高催化剂活性;催化剂活性随反应温度升高而增高,在190~270℃时,对生成EG的选择性(Sel)无影响;当合成压力在40~120MPa时,催化剂活性随压力升高而增高,超过120MPa时,其活性下降;反应时间控制在1h;催化剂中铑最佳浓度为15~30mg·atom/l。
The experiment of synthesis of ethylene glycol (EG) by direct synthesis of Japanese syngas was introduced. When using rhodium catalyst system, adding ammonium salts with N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP), N, N’-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone (DMI) as solvent can improve the activity of the catalyst; the activity of the catalyst increases with the reaction temperature And the selectivity to EG was not affected at 190-270 ℃. When the synthesis pressure was in the range of 40-120 MPa, the activity of the catalyst increased with the increase of the pressure, while the activity of the EG decreased with the increase of the pressure. The reaction time is controlled at 1h; the optimum concentration of rhodium in the catalyst is 15 ~ 30mg · atom / l.
