研究非晶态C_(12)A_7取代部分普通硅酸盐水泥对干混砂浆凝结时间、流动性、力学性能、保水性和吸水率的影响,通过SEM对水化产物的形貌进行了表征。结果表明:当非晶态C_(12)A_7取代水泥量为6%时,干混砂浆的凝结时间为84 min,28 d抗压强度为47.1 MPa,吸水率为3.16%,保水率为96%。非晶态C_(12)A_7能够缩短砂浆的凝结时间,提高砂浆的抗压强度,降低砂浆的吸水率,使砂浆具有较好的保水性。
The influence of amorphous C 12 A 7 substitution on ordinary Portland cement on the setting time, fluidity, mechanical properties, water retention and water absorption of dry mortar was studied. The morphology of hydrated products was characterized by SEM. The results show that when the amount of amorphous C 12 A 7 substituted cement is 6%, the setting time of dry mortar is 84 min, the compressive strength at 28 d is 47.1 MPa, the water absorption is 3.16% and the water retention is 96% . Amorphous C_ (12) A_7 can shorten the setting time of the mortar, improve the compressive strength of the mortar, reduce the water absorption of the mortar and make the mortar better water retention.
