目的:建立五层共挤输液用袋中抗氧剂1178的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Uitimat XB-C8(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长:223 nm,柱温:35℃,进样量20μl。结果:抗氧剂1178在1.64~205.10μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为92.05%,RSD=1.94%(n=9)。结论:建立的方法结果准确、稳定性好、专属性强,可用于五层共挤输液用袋中抗氧剂1178的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the content of antioxidant 1178 in the bag for five layers co-extrusion infusion. Methods: Uitimat XB-C8 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of methanol and water. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1. The detection wavelength was 223 nm. Injection volume 20μl. Results: The linearity of antioxidant 1178 in the range of 1.64 to 205.10 μg · ml-1 was good (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 92.05% and the RSD was 1.94% (n = 9). Conclusion: The established method is accurate, stable and specific. It can be used to determine the content of antioxidant 1178 in the five-layer co-extrusion infusion bag.
