【正】 扩大企业自主权,是国民经济管理体制改革的重要环节,是近一两年来出现的新鲜事物。各地的实践证明,扩大企业自主权对于发挥企业的内在动力,促进企业的经济联合,挖掘企业的潜力,都起到了良好的作用。改革的方向是正确的,效果是显著的。据了解我省地方国营工交企业实行扩权试点的共有173户。这些单位扩权后,绝大部分都是生产有了较快的发展,利润有了较大的增长,经济效果有了显著的提高,企业面貌有了一定的改观,职工福利事业有了相应的发展。扩权的效果,决不仅仅限于经济方面,更重要的是有
