研制了以少量Kevlar纤维与蛭石增强的摩擦制动材料 ,重点解决了Kevlar纤维的分散混料问题 ,分析了此新型摩擦材料的摩擦磨损机理。性能研究表明 ,此摩擦材料具有优良摩擦磨损性能 ,足够的强度以及适宜的硬度 ,且成本低 ,是适合我国开发应用的新型高性能摩擦材料。 A friction brake material reinforced with a small amount of Kevlar fibers and vermiculite was developed. The problem of dispersion and mixing of Kevlar fibers was mainly solved. The friction and wear mechanism of the new friction material was analyzed. Performance studies show that the friction material has excellent friction and wear properties, sufficient strength and suitable hardness, and low cost, is suitable for the development and application of new high-performance friction materials.
