随着社会经济发展和农网升级改造工程推进,农村电网智能化设施广泛应用。驾驭智能化电网对农电员工素质提出了更高要求。国网石家庄供电公司以“管理规范、资源优化、功能完备、布局合理、协同高效、管控有力”为目标,结合辖区县域供电公司条件,因地制宜,打造各具特色的“小而精”培训基地,并以点带面,相互交流,破解了县域供电公司因受师资、场地等因素制约、专业化、标准化培训不能深入推进等诸多难题。
