论述了宽带相控阵天线渡越时间对天线性能的限制,介绍了消除渡越时间影响的方法,设计了具体的实现方案,即真延时网络,并对该方案进行了仿真和测试。测试结果表明,在1.1~1.5 GHz的带宽内,功分器各端口驻波比小于1.22;微带线和同轴线的群时延具有良好的线性规律。该设计可以实现最小步进250 ps、最大延迟3 750ps的延时,可有效克服渡越时间的不利影响。
This paper discusses the limitation of antenna transit time of broadband phased array antenna, introduces the method to eliminate the impact of transit time, and designs a specific implementation scheme, namely true delay network, and simulates and tests the scheme. The test results show that the VSWR of each port in the power divider is less than 1.22 in the bandwidth of 1.1-1.5 GHz; and the group delay of the microstrip line and the coaxial line has a good linear rule. The design can achieve a minimum step of 250 ps, the maximum delay of 3 750ps delay, can effectively overcome the adverse impact of transit time.
