“边勘查施工、边资料解释、边调整地震测线”的“三边”工作在多个地震勘探项目中的应用均取得了较好的效果。通过对浅层地震勘探项目设计地震测线位置的及时调整,准确控制了汤东断层;在地震施工过程中,综合考虑两个相邻工区交界处的地质情况,合理调整了交界处的地震测线,从而准确控制了两个相邻工区边界处的断层。在这些项目中,“三边”工作的充分运用,保证了地震勘探在城市活断层探测及矿产资源勘查中精度高、见效快优势的充分发挥,同时避免了因地震测线布设不合理造成原始数据采集不全或采集不准确而导致的地震成果解释误差增大。
