旋轮采用中空冷却下的热机耦合分析

大口径弹体旋压成形时,旋轮常因温度过高而损坏。将旋轮轴做成中空结构并循环流通冷却液,可有效保证旋轮在高温旋压时的强度,大大提高旋轮的使用寿命。本文在给定旋轮的物理条件后,通过热机耦合分析方法,模拟了旋轮在有冷却和无冷却两种情况下的温度场和应力分布,通过比较验证了结构改进的合理性。 Large diameter projectile spinning, the roller is often due to excessive temperature damage. The rotary shaft made of hollow structure and circulation of coolant, which can effectively guarantee the strength of the spinning wheel at high temperature spinning, greatly improving the service life of the roller. In this paper, the temperature field and stress distribution of the rotating wheel under both the cooling and no-cooling conditions are simulated by means of thermo-mechanical coupling after given the physical conditions of the rotating wheel. The rationality of structural improvement is verified by comparison.
