[目的]研究高效氯氰菊酯在棉花上使用后的残留动态及其环境安全性。[方法]在济南和杭州2地进行了其在棉花上的残留动态和最终残留试验,采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)净化-气相色谱法测定高效氯氰菊酯在棉花中的残留量。[结果]高效氯氰菊酯在棉花植株和土壤上的半衰期分别为3.1~6.4、6.2~9.8 d。施药后第7天棉籽中的高效氯氰菊酯残留量均低于0.2 mg/kg。[结论]12%毒死蜱.高效氯氰菊酯乳油在棉花上最后1次施药距收获的安全间隔期暂定为7 d。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the residue dynamics and environmental safety of beta-cypermethrin on cotton. [Method] Residual dynamics and final residue test on cotton in Jinan and Hangzhou were carried out. The residual amount of beta - cypermethrin in cotton was determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and gas chromatography. [Result] The half-lives of beta-cypermethrin in cotton plants and soil were 3.1 ~ 6.4 and 6.2 ~ 9.8 d, respectively. The beta-cypermethrin residues in cottonseed were all lower than 0.2 mg / kg on the 7th day after application. [Conclusion] The 12% chlorpyrifos and the safety intervals of beta-cypermethrin on cotton were tentatively scheduled to be 7 days after harvesting.
