侧钻中短半径水平井钻井技术是国家“九五”期间的攻关研究项目。螺杆钻具是其中的一项关键技术 ,其主要目的是研制满足侧钻中短半径水平井需要的小尺寸高造斜率的弯外壳螺杆钻具。文中从双弯与单弯螺杆钻具的结构等效关系等多方面进行了探讨 ,根据油田需要设计和制造了 5LZ95× 7.0同体双弯螺杆钻具 ,在油田得到了现场验证 ,受到了使用单位的好评 ,为我国水平井钻井技术增添了一种新型实用工具。 Drilling technology of horizontal and short radius drilling in horizontal well is a key research project during the “Ninth Five-year Plan” period. Screw drilling is one of the key technologies. Its main purpose is to develop a small-sized, high-yield curved casing screw drill that meets the needs of short-radius horizontal wells in sidetracking. In this paper, the structural equivalent relationship between double curved and single curved screwdriver tools is discussed. According to the needs of oilfield, a 5LZ95 × 7.0 same-body double curved screwdriver tool is designed and manufactured, which has been verified in the field by the user. Praise for our horizontal well drilling technology to add a new type of practical tools.
