本文阐述了研究加氢反应器材料抗氢脆性能的可行方法。并对采用国内研制的焊材,以窄间隙埋弧焊工艺焊制的2 1/4Cr-1Mo钢模拟环进行了解剖试验。结果表明模拟环母材、焊缝满足了加氢反应器抗氢脆性能的要求,且焊缝金属优于母材。进行步冷脆化后抗氢脆性能也无陡减。
This article describes a possible way to study hydrogen embrittlement resistance of hydrogenation reactor materials. The anatomical test of 2 1 / 4Cr-1Mo steel simulated ring welded by narrow gap submerged arc welding was carried out on the welding consumables developed in China. The results show that the simulated ring parent material and weld meet the hydrogen embrittlement resistance requirements of the hydrogenation reactor, and the weld metal is superior to the base metal. After embankment embrittlement embrittlement hydrogen embrittlement performance no steep reduction.
