在对厚壁钢管的焊接中采用热丝氩弧焊工艺和窄间隙焊工艺相结合的焊接方法,通过低频脉冲维持熔池;高频脉冲控制热输入;实现了对熔池大小、弧的挺度以及边熔的控制。结果证明,这一组合式焊接工艺减少了焊缝体积,缩短了焊接时间,焊接质量优于冷丝焊,效率明显提高。
