[目的]旨在筛选出能够有效防除水稻田杂草的新型除草剂,以增加现有除草剂种类,减缓杂草抗性的产生。[方法]选用2甲4氯和苯噻酰草胺2种除草剂,并按不同比例混合,分别在室内和田间条件下测定其对杂草生长的抑制情况。[结果]室内测定表明2甲·苯噻酰(1∶20)、2甲·苯噻酰(1∶15)和2甲·苯噻酰(5∶1)三个混剂均较单剂起到了增效的作用,田间测定结果表明各混剂对水稻田总杂草的株防效和鲜质量防效均显著大于2个单剂,以2甲·苯噻酰(1∶20)的总草防效值最大,株防效和鲜质量防效分别为93.87%和96.41%。[结论]混剂2甲4氯∶苯噻酰草胺(1∶20)对水稻田总杂草的株防效和鲜质量防效显著高于试验所用其他药剂。
[Objective] The aim was to screen out new herbicides that can effectively control weeds in paddy fields so as to increase the existing herbicides and slow the weed resistance. [Method] Two kinds of herbicides, 2-methyl-4-chloroxethen and phenylthiocarb, were selected and mixed in different proportions. Their inhibiting effects on weed growth were determined under indoor and field conditions respectively. [Results] The results of laboratory tests showed that the three mixtures of 2-thiophenyl (1:20), 2-thiabendazole (1:15) and 2-thiabendazole (5:1) To the effect of synergism, the results of field measurements showed that the control effect of each mixture on the total weeds in rice paddy was significantly greater than that of two single agents, with a total of 2-phenylthiazole (1:20) The maximum value of grass anti-efficacy, anti-plant efficacy and fresh quality control were 93.87% and 96.41%. [Conclusion] The control effect and fresh quality control effect of the mixture of 2, 4, 4 - chlorothiazide (1: 20) on total weeds in paddy field were significantly higher than those of the other agents tested.
