介绍了M15燃料的理化性能及在国产解放、东凤牌汽车上使用的若干问题。七十年代的能源危机,谊I起了世界各国对石油代用燃料的重视。近年来,石油供应虽趋于好转,但代用燃料的研究仍在继续进行。在各种代用燃料中,甲醇是一种较为适宜的汽车燃料。这是因为甲醇的理化性能与石油接近,并且其抗爆性、热效率、混合气稀薄燃烧带以及排放污染等方面均较汽油优越。甲醇可以从煤、天然气、油渣以及再生物质,如林木、秸杆等原料中制取,而各国为开发本国资源,多从煤的汽化和一氧化碳与氢气的定相合成新工艺制取甲醇,其成本可以大幅度下降,为汽车应用甲醇燃料创造了条件。
