三川河流域四县水土保持科技成果应用调查思考

三川河流域是国家水土保持重点治理区之一,1982年~1997年重点治理期间,广泛推广了机修梯田、新修梯田培肥增产配套措施等科技成果,取得了较好的治理效益。据调查,4县推广机修梯田3.533万hm2,径流林业整地造林1.56万hm2,梯田埂坎植物利用8466.67hm2,坝地防洪保收2266.67hm2。其特点是规模大,标准高,效益好。在加强水土保持科技成果推广应用过程中,应认真研究解决好提高认识,加强领导;典型引路,效益示范;投资倾斜,适量补助;科技下乡,预以重奖等4个问题。 Sanchuan River Basin is one of the key areas under national soil and water conservation. During the period from 1982 to 1997, it extensively popularized scientific and technological achievements such as cultivating and cultivating terraced fields and newly increased supporting measures for increasing fertilization by terraced fields, and achieved good governance benefits. According to the survey, 4 counties promoted 35,330,000 hm2 of tractor-mounted terraces, 15,600 hm2 of afforestation for runoff forestry, 8,466.67 hm2 for terraced ridge plants and 2,266.67 hm2 for flood control in dam areas. Its characteristics are large-scale, high standard, good efficiency. In strengthening the popularization and application of scientific and technological achievements in soil and water conservation, we should conscientiously study and solve 4 problems such as raising awareness, strengthening leadership, introducing typical routes and demonstrating benefit, investing and subsidizing, subsidizing subsidies for science and technology, bringing the countryside to science and technology, and awarding prizes.
