一 现代企业制度作为适应于建立社会主义市场经济的一种经济体制模式,其核心就是将企业变成市场竞争调节的主体。有人据此就认为,企业党组织的工作与活动大多来自上级条线布置,体现了党和政府的意志和行为,因而同受市场规律客观调控的现代企业的经济生活是矛盾的;而且在市场经济下,企业中任何一个组织的存在都是看其有无经济效益,而党组织仿佛并没有实际的效益可创,因而是否应从现代企业中淡出。如此种种论调,已经成为近年来市场经济下,企业党的基层组织问题的一个讨论热点。 A modern enterprise system as a model of economic system adapted to the establishment of a socialist market economy, the core of which is to turn enterprises into the main body of market competition regulation. According to this, some people think that most of the work and activities of the party organizations in the enterprises come from the upper-level arrangement of lines and reflect the will and conduct of the party and the government. Therefore, they are contradictory to the economic life of modern enterprises that are objectively regulated by the laws of the market. In the economy, the existence of any one organization in an enterprise depends on whether it has any economic benefits or not. However, the party organization does not seem to have any practical benefits to be created and should therefore be faded out of the modern enterprise. Such arguments have become a hot topic of discussion for the grass-roots organizations of the enterprises in the market economy in recent years.
