患者 2 8岁 ,住院号 416 0 7,孕 2产 1。于 2年前孕 6个月时 ,Ｂ超发现胎儿脑脊膜膨出 ,遂行引产术。本次孕 40周 ,腹痛 1小时 ,于 2 0 0 0年 2月 10日 12时入院。查体 :ＢＰ14/ 9ｋＰａ ,消瘦 ,无贫血貌 ,心肺正常。孕足月腹型 ,肝脾未触及 ,双下肢无水肿。宫高 34ｃｍ ,腹围
Patients were 28 years old, hospitalized 416 0 7, and pregnant 2 were 1. At 2 months ago, 6 months pregnant, B-fetal fetal dura mater was found, then induction of labor. The pregnant 40 weeks, abdominal pain for 1 hour, on February 10, 2000 at 12:00 on admission. Physical examination: BP14 / 9kPa, weight loss, anemia appearance, normal heart and lungs. Full-term abdominal pregnancy, liver and spleen not touched, no lower extremity edema. Palace height 34cm, abdominal circumference
