随着社会的发展,人力资源的开发呈现出新的发展态势,各行各业对于劳动者的需求程度随着经济的发展也大量增加。而人事档案作为人力资源中一项最为基础而又重要的内容,引起了社会各方面的关注。人事档案作为用人单位对于劳动者进行初步了解和考察的内容,在整个人力资源环节中,扮演着重要的角色。人事档案是人力资源进行结构的合理化配置的重要参考依据,也是企业进行人力资源改革与创新的重要组成部分。本文在研究探讨人事档案的管理模式上,提出了现阶段人事档案管理存在的不足,针对不足之处提出了相应的解决方案,促使我国人力资源的全面协调可持续发展。
With the development of society, the development of human resources has shown a new development trend. The demand for workers in all trades and industries has also increased with the development of economy. Personnel files, as one of the most basic and important elements of human resources, has aroused the concern of all sectors of society. Personnel files as employers for workers to conduct preliminary understanding and inspection of the content, in the entire human resources links, plays an important role. Personnel files is an important reference basis for the rational allocation of human resources structure, but also an important part of the enterprise reform and innovation of human resources. On the basis of studying and discussing the management mode of personnel files, this paper puts forward the shortcomings of personnel file management at the present stage and puts forward corresponding solutions to the shortcomings so as to promote the overall coordinated and sustainable development of human resources in our country.
