《旅游法》的出台和实施,理论上应对游客满意度的提升具有极大作用,但实际效果仍有待进一步验证。选取北京地区颐和园、什刹海、798景区为样本区,根据《旅游法》相关条款构建游客满意度指标体系,并通过问卷调查和访谈,在各个指标上对《旅游法》实施前后游客满意度进行对比分析,找出提升游客满意度的影响因素,并从法律实施的角度提出了游客满意度的提升方向。
The promulgation and implementation of “Travel Law” have a great effect on the improvement of tourists’ satisfaction in theory, but the actual results still need to be further verified. According to the relevant provisions of the “Law of Tourism”, the index system of tourist satisfaction is constructed, and the satisfaction of tourists before and after the implementation of the “Travel Law” is compared with each index through questionnaire and interviews Analyze and find out the influential factors to enhance the tourists ’satisfaction, and put forward the direction of tourists’ satisfaction from the point of view of law enforcement.
