贺兰山区盛产煤炭,有烟煤矿占多数,矿区无论井上和井下都存在许多应激因子,应激子强度过大,久之对人体各系统、器官会产生有害影响,对肾损害亦不例外。血清β_2—微球蛋白(β_2—MG)在反映肾功能方面优于肾小球滤过率(GFR)和血尿素氮(BUN),具有一定实用价值。我们于1986年6月对该区369例作业人员进了调查,现将结果报告如下。材料与方法一、环境资料:试验煤矿位于贺兰山内,海拔1,470M,大气压849mb,年平均温度7.3℃,年降雨量160mm,相对湿度40%,平均风速4.5m/s,

Serum β_2-microglobulin (β_2-MG) is superior to glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) in reflecting renal function, and has certain practical value. We conducted a survey of 369 workers in the area in June 1986 and the results are reported below. MATERIALS AND METHODS I. ENVIRONMENTAL DATA: The pilot coal mine is located in Helan Mountain with an elevation of 1,470M and an atmospheric pressure of 849mb. The annual average temperature is 7.3 ℃. The annual rainfall is 160mm, the relative humidity is 40% and the average wind speed is 4.5m / s.
