我院自2002年8月～2003年1月以来开展了5例多导人工耳蜗植入术,均取得了成功,报告如下。资料与方法一、一般资料:我院于2002年8月～2003年1月收治的语前双耳极重度感音神经性聋儿童5例。男性1例,女性4例,年龄1.25～9.5岁,平均为5.4岁。均为语前聋。发病年龄及病因:新生儿窒息1例,山生后对声音始终无反应;6个月时高热抽风后对声音无反应1例;庆大霉素药物中毒2例,分别为6个月及1岁时使用庆大霉素后对声音反应较前明显迟钝;另1例母
